Elizabeth McNabb, PT,DPT,COMT and Gymnastics All American
Liz has been involved in gymnastics virtually her whole life. Beginning at the age of 7, she climbed to Level 10 in club gymnastics and then was awarded a full gymnastics scholarship in ASU where she became a 2 Time All American (Floor Exercise 1999,1998) All Pac 10 First Team (1999, 1998) and the first ASU Gymnast to score a Perfect 10 in the floor exercise. After graduating from ASU, Liz then earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from USC. Liz is a practicing physical therapist at a local physical therapy clinic and Director of Gymnastics Rehab.

As one of Liz's life goals, she created specialized programs to help gymnasts to learn methods of preventing and lessening serious gymnastic injuries as well as rehab and recovery. Having been injured herself, Liz fully understands the importance of prevention and rehab for gymnasts
As an expert in her field, Liz also supports many gyms, working with their coaches in facilitating training preventive programs as well as rehab and developing specialized group exercises.
