Shoulder and Core Strength For Injury Prevention

Part of our Injury Prevention Strategy is to strengthen those areas of the body that are commonly susceptible to injury. In this video, we use Emilie (level 9 gymnast) to demonstrate a few shoulder and core exercises that will allow her to perform high level skills safely and efficiently. These types of exercises are great for everyday use before and/or after your workout!
