Shoulder Injury Prevention

This video is all about strengthening and stabilizing the shoulders in order to prevent injury during gymnastics training. During each exercise, it is important to remember:
•Head should stay neutral
•Back needs to remain flat
•Core should be tight and engaged
I would recommend beginning with 3 sets of 10 repetitions for each exercise as a good starting point.
